• Sheep Skull and Scriptures

Sheep Skull and Scriptures, 2015. Installation (canvas, oil-based crayon, Lights, the Koran, Sheep skull), Germany.

This piece of work consists of two parts: the painting part - the opening of the Bible, where the scriptures are replaced by many small holes, and the physical installation part - the Book of the Koran nailed to the wall, above which hangs a real sheep skull, these two parts facing each other in space. This work explores the relationship between offering and sacrifice in cultures and religions.
